What is 21C:  The 21st Century Learning Community (21C), led by the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB), is a national network and learning collaborative including states working to advance statewide public health transformation.

The Foundational Public Health Services Model (FPHS) is the foundation of the 21C framework. It defines the minimum set of public health capabilities and programs that every jurisdiction should have.

Foundational Assumptions for NJ Public Health Transformation:

1. Prioritize collaborative efforts to address workforce challenges, develop sustainable solutions, and build a strong public health pipeline.

2. Strengthen quality of public health service provision with clear mechanisms for accountability.

3. Adapt to an evolving landscape through strategic partnerships – guide collaborative messaging and uphold high-quality shared service agreements to ensure all residents can access high quality public health services, regardless of their zip code.

A location map will be mailed to individuals prior to the event. Note that the entrance to the Professional Conference Center is in the back of the building.

Note:  Coffee and Lunch will be provided (There will be no breakfast.)
